Lee’s Landscaping & Design provides a comprehensive warranty for our services. We are committed to our clients and will stand behind the quality of our landscaping design and installation. All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. Plant Material
Plants other than sod: all plants supplied and planted by Lee’s (a) are in good health at the time of planting; (b) have been planted in accordance with supplier specifications; and (c) will live at least one year from the date of planting if not removed or transplanted, damaged by severe weather, vandalism or other external physical injury caused by humans, or neglect by the customer. In this warranty statement the word “plant” means a plant other than sod. In order to qualify for coverage under this warranty the customer must reasonably comply with instructions supplied by Lee’s for watering and care. If a plant supplied and planted by Lee’s Landscaping dies from any cause other than those listed above within one year of planting, Lee’s Landscaping will replace and replant the plant without charge. Hardscapes
(a) that all work will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards; (b) all materials will be installed in accordance with the suppliers specifications; and (c) all work will comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations. In the event of structural failure of the Hardscapes installed by Lee’s, due to defective workmanship or materials, Lee’s will repair and restore said Hardscape to its original condition at the time of acceptance by customer, at no additional cost to customer. Hardscapes is defined as landscape structures constructed using natural stone, cobblestone, pavers, bricks, boulders and blocks installed by Lee’s Landscaping and Design. Water Feature
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty and the workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up and maintenance. Irrigation
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty and the workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up and maintenance. Outdoor Lighting
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty and the workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation. Limitations
Lee’s makes no warranty regarding sod.
This warranty is given to the original customer of Lee’s. It is not transferable to a new owner if the customer sells the property or the plants. This warranty does not cover uneven wear, discoloration or damage to Hardscape materials due to use or misuse, floods, freezing, thawing and other weather conditions, fire, vandalism, drainage, tree roots, tampering or neglect, or other condition outside the control of Lee’s. This warranty does not cover failure or damage due to faulty landscape design, planning or engineering (collectively “Design”), when such Design is performed or provided by anyone other than Lee’s. This warranty does not cover diminutions of water levels in ponds. Customer acknowledges that ponds are subject to diminish over time due to evaporation, incidental leakage and other factors. Products used in constructing the pond may be subject to manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty claims, whether express or implied by law, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from date of installation. Customer’s remedies under express or implied warranties are expressly limited to the remedies provided in this warranty. In order to make a warranty claim, the Customer must notify Lee’s Landscaping in writing at 13570 Grove Dr. 236, Maple Grove, MN 55311 (or via email) within thirty days of discovery of the damage or defect, but in no event later than one year from the date of installation. |
